I have to say Lamire. His case really was the watershead moment in bringing stink on the CHRC. (Much like Buckwheat, who first observed the raised post-script of the Bush NG documents on the NRO blogsite. Which led to Memo-gate. And to bye-bye Dan, et al.)
In Canada, saying the wrong thing even in jest can drag you through Star Chamber tribunals and commissions without the benefit of due process, can bankrupt you, destroy your career and your family, result in lifetime bans on free speech and expression (of the Gospel, no less) and ultimately even lead to imprisonment. Freedom of speech and expression, freedom to practice religion as we choose, are guaranteed by our constitution.

Worst of all, it's constructive in its own insulting way...
A few days ago Ezra called some woman a Stasi or Gestapo

Ezra is the lightning rod for this.
I vote for Marc Lemire for the most insulting to the CHRC.
His insults have landed the CHRC in an RCMP investigation and Privacy Office investigation

No one else is even close to insulting the CHRC on this level!
EKR syas Ezra.
Oh, has to be Ezra as he has taken "insults" to an entire new level.

I'd vote for Lemire also. His attacks on the CHRC have been very effective. I mean who else has them under a criminal investigation
