There are so many to choose from - it seems Canada is the infidel blogger country leading the pack - blazingcatfur, fivefeetoffury, smalldeadanimals, freedominion, - I guess if I have to choose one it would be Binks at FreeCanuckistan for the sheer comprehensiveness of the site

Kathy @ 5.F.O.F.

Blazing Fur for infidel blogger and Five for the most politically incorrect blogger EVER.

I adore Ezra but he sticks to HRCs/political issues where Blaze gives us a daily round up on the Islamists.

Ezra Levant

Despite my tremendous respect and admiration for Mark Steyn, Ezra Levant, Binks, Rightgirl and of course BCF himself, the Canadian blogger I find myself most addicted to is FIVE FEET OF FURY!

Kathy Shaidle... even if she is slacking off and hasn't gotten a fatwa yet. ;^)

I don't think anyone has nearly as wide a footprint in terms of anti-CHRC blogging as Walker Morrow.

Kathy Shaidle without a doubt.

Blazingcatfur said...

Yes Walker is a fine choice, as are all those nominated to date.

Kathy Shaidle said...

I think I should recuse myself because I am Mrs. Cat Fur.

Blazingcatfur said...

Why it's not as if I'd vote fer ya;)

Kathy Shaidle

There will be no recusing.

I nominate the following fine blogs for your considerations:

Blazing Catfur

Five Feet of Fury

Walker Morrow

Just Right

I'm sure I'll think of more tomorrow - these ought to be a 'good start'!

Bobbie said...

You guys have a lot of great blogs up there! I'll have to go with Mark Steyn, but I'm glad to see Kathy Shaidle nominated too!

Jay Currie said...

Jeez, what does a guy have to do to get a nomination around here? I mean seriously, day in day out I battle the Dawg, expose the corrupt...live blog idiot MPs asking the robot Lynch questions....but no.

My theory, you have to sleep with the proprietor's wife (and yes, Ez, I am looking at you...)

Great idea and I am happy to be an almost also ran.

Vlad Tepes.

He's newer, and has done a LOT in a short time.

I'm sure the others are very good also but I haven't been to all those sites yet.

Blazingcatfur said...

I will second Vlad but also nominate Jay Currie.

Vlad Tepes! Spot on in the fight against jihad!

So many good ones to choose from....I nominate Closet Conservative for her sharp wit and fashionista ways. Also tip my hat to BCF : )

JustAnotherWesterner said...

Uh, uh Kathy, no reclusing.
5 Feet & Bcf take different tacks.
As you can see, after careful consideration, IMO you are the most politcally incorrect. You & I are of the same mold in that I have no qualms about saying woods that are verboten and then asking why can't I say 'em and should I go to jail for saying them. I get into hellish arguments(usually drunken) with various people.

All I want to do is make them see how conditioned they are.

And you do the exact same thing on Five Feet

BTW nobody has said I should be jailed yet.

I nominate Sarah Palin.

Now, I know someone is going to say that Sarah Palin isn't from Vancouver, and I just don't care, see. She is so excellent that if she had some time to spare, she would be from Vancouver. That goes to show she is almost from Vancouver; and it satisfies me on an ontologial plane, as I'm sure most others are now satisfied with as well. I think it means we have this settled.

Anonymous said...

Vlad Tepes, hands down

Anonymous said...

I accept your nominations, and will have a tearful acceptance speech ready if selected.

By the way, I nominate Scaramouche, Dag individually for No Dhimmitude, and Dag, Truepeers, and Charles Henry altogether for their efforts at Covenant Zone.

Dag said...

Walker, I'm in tears already. Congrat.s in a pre-traumatic stress disorder kind of way. Thanks for nominating me, but you are by far a more serious logger than I.

Mind, if folks would send me a whole whack of cash, I could retire and spend my time writing my really famous autobiography. I think I'd title it, "Dagmatic Dreams of Audaciousness." Who knows, I could end up being president. Why not? I don't have the slightest qualifications for the job either.

Anonymous said...

Yes, but can you organize communities?

I suppose any other nebulous-description-type job would work just as well: I'm thinking of something with the word 'consultant' in it?

Anonymous said...

I nominate Jay Currie for the Shameless Self-Promoted Infidel category...

Chuck him into Best Canadian Infidel while you're at it.

Anonymous said...

GayandRight, Fred has a great blog.

Henrik R Clausen said...

Vlad Tepes!

Dag said...

Walker, I think I can organize communities, now that you bring it up. You maybe recall the scene in Taxi Driver where DeNiro says to Cybil Shepard, "One of these days I gotta get organizized." A friend explained it to me, and I think it's really funny. I had no idea the movie was a comedy.I thought it was a real downer. But now that I have that figured out, I think I can do better as president that Obama.

I promise, as your president, to be dagmatic on all questions that pertain to organizizing.

(Dude, I am IN!)

Anonymous said...

I think that will strike a chord with voters, Dag.

Dag said...

It must, Walker, for otherwise, I shall strike.

Anonymous said...

I nominate Ali Sina, founder of and major contributing author at FaithFreedom.org

Anonymous said...

Dag: when the time comes, let me know - I'll bring some lye.

Anonymous said...

Or should I say 'if' - 'when' implies that the chord will not be struck, which is very pessimistic of me to say.

Anonymous said...

My vote goes to Gay & Right.

MariaS

Gay and Right

Largely dedicated to exposing Islam and very active. Great blog. Others like SDA occassionally qualify as infidels but Paul at Gay and Right does so daily.

I like a little husband & wife competition.

Ezra Levant. His coverage of the whole CHRC fiasco is exceptional.

Can we vote twice? I have at least 5 I would want to vote in this category.

Anyway, this here vote is for:

Im gonna nominate Terry Glavin.

Blazingcatfur said...

Terry is a good choice, perhaps we should set up a category for Lefty Bloggers who are not insane next year.

Dag said...

That's perfect phrasing: "Lefty bloggers who are not insane next year."

There is hope, huh.
